Mission-Critical
Connectivity Infrastructure
Custom Power Whips & Cable Assemblies. Express Turnaround.
Stop adapting your infrastructure to the slow lead times of global manufacturers. At A3 Wiring, we engineer precision electrical assemblies for Data Centers (Hyperscale, Colocation & Edge) with the agility your operation demands.
Certified quality. No 12-week wait times.
Precision Engineering to Lower Your PUE
Cable clutter (“spaghetti cabling”) is the silent enemy of energy efficiency.
Our made-to-order assemblies eliminate airflow obstruction under raised floors and behind server racks.
-
Exact Custom Lengths:
We manufacture to the exact centimeter/inch to eliminate unnecessary service loops that trap heat and restrict static pressure. -
Passive Safety (LSZH & Plenum):
Exclusive use of Low Smoke Zero Halogen and Plenum Rated (CMP) materials to ensure quality compliance. We protect your electronics from acidic corrosion in the event of combustion. -
Gas-Tight Connection:
Industrial crimping technology guarantees minimal contact resistance, preventing hotspots at your PDU connections.
Operational Agility vs. Global Bureaucracy
In an environment where downtime costs thousands per minute, waiting is not an option.

Frequently Asked Questions:
Data Center Cabling
Q: What is the difference between LSZH and standard PVC cable?
A: LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) cable does not emit toxic or corrosive gases when burned. Unlike standard PVC, it protects both human personnel from smoke inhalation and sensitive electronic components from hydrochloric acid corrosion.
Q: Do you perform lab testing on your assemblies?
A: Yes. At A3 Wiring, simple continuity is not enough. Every single assembly undergoes Hi-Pot (High Potential) testing to verify insulation integrity and Pull Force testing to ensure mechanical strength.
Q: Can you manufacture urgent custom-length power whips?
A: Absolutely. Our facility is optimized for “High Mix, Low Volume” production. We can deliver batches of cables cut to the specific requirements of your rack rows in half the time than global.
